Brian Knighton

Dr. Knighton received his medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center. A native to New England, he did his internship at Central Maine Medical Center and his residency training at the University of New England. A highlight of Dr. Knighton's career was serving as a physician with the U.S. Navy. He worked as an emergency room physician for several years at an overseas Navy Medical Hospital. He enjoys the challenge of providing urgent care. However, his main focus is on providing quality primary care to adults and children. He practices the osteopathic philosophy of treating the whole person. Dr. Knighton brings a depth of experience to the exam table.

Dawn Trani - Fallon

Originally from the New York Metro area, Dawn relocated with her husband and 3 children to Maine in 2010. Throughout her career she has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings with a strong background in cardiology. A highlight of her career was volunteering overseas providing medical care to underserved areas.

Her goal is to provide individualized, evidence based medicine to patients across the lifespan.

Nicky Knighton

Originally from Denver, Colorado, Nicky has a knack for outdoor adventure. She enjoys running, hiking, biking, swimming, kayaking, skiing and camping. Her work experience includes College Level Spanish Instructor, Adoption Case Worker, Group Fitness Instructor, Property Management (owner of commercial property) and Medical Practice Administration. Her greatest joy revolves around her family including her husband, four children, two children-in-law and one grandbaby.
